As a 2x Olympian and 3x Olympic medalist I have become an expert at setting achievable goals that revolve entirely around self betterment. You cannot hope to improve your quality of life without the understanding that self improvement is a journey, rather than a destination. With my Olympian years behind me, I am now a working mom who understands all too well the daily challenges this messy life presents, preventing many of us from taking the time we so badly need and deserve.

You will realize that you can achieve your professional goals while paying attention to your personal life and foster rich relationships with your family, friends and colleagues as a result.

I am here to help you navigate everything—a realistic and effective exercise regimen, meal planning, setting daily manageable goals as well as long term professional goals.
